Conflict-Free Equipment Booking

Staff book shared assets through a visual calendar. The system prevents double-booking in real time. Available slots shown in green; blocked slots show who booked them (for managers).

Configurable Approval Workflow

High-value assets can require department head approval before the booking is confirmed. Approvers are notified by SMS/email and can approve or decline from any device in one tap.

Utilisation Analytics

See which equipment is over-requested (needs replacement or procurement) and which is chronically underused (can be reallocated or sold). Booking history exportable for asset audit.
